We carry out lifecycle surveying for condition, age and quantification. Which also includes mapping to SFG20 for maintenance as required.

With many contracts having limited budgets and needing to limit risk and predict replacements, we offer a 25 forecasting based on available budgets and smoothing the asset replacements to suit available funding, while highlighting risks.

As contracts change over the years for variations, it has become commonly apparent that many assets have been added through variations and alterations by tenants and clients. As such it is important these assets are captured not only for lifecycle but their maintenance and KPI liabilities.

With gap analysis and new contracts, its important that the programming with SFG20 and manufacturer guidance as well as legislation is adhered to. We help support you by assessing and developing your PPM programs.

With risks being related to business impact, finance, social impacts and early failures. We methodically assess the assets and how they are maintained. This is to give you the confidence you are getting the maximum lifecycle out of the assets while maintaining your budgets.

Many contracts were setup before net zero became an opportunity, we help not only identify key opportunities, but also assess for government backed funding. As annually there has been significant funding available for energy efficient and carbon neutral projects. We want to make sure we help you maximise the opportunity. while at the same time bringing your buildings upto date with the latest technologies such as IOT, BIM, LiDAR and intelligent BMS.
